WATCH: Womanizing Cop Caught Feeling On Woman, Arrests Guy Who Tries To Film It (VIDEO)

So the question is - why have this cop and his buddies with him not been charged with criminal assault, unlawful detention, and a whole lot of other things? Most cops are good cops (I hope) - but the system seems to protect the bad cops. And many justify their actions on the grounds that the people they assault are not good people! GMAFB!
