Kevin McCarthy Suggests House Republicans Are Ungovernable, May Need To ‘Hit Rock Bottom’

They can't even govern themselves - how can we expect them to govern the country. It seems to me that the two party system - created by the parties to protect themselves, not by the constitution - is becoming a serious impediment to a viable political process.
