It is the stock in trade of the oddly right to turn every issue into a discussion of what our president says, does not say, thinks, does not think, or does, does not do. If something does wrong he is responsible - either by action or inaction. If something goes right it is because of external forces that he cannot control. Tiresome in the extreme.
