Some idiot’s been using my e-mail address for years

I have had a few of them. Not spam, but genuine emails regarding accounts, rentals, etc, from multiple countries. I have tried to help out the hapless individuals, but some of them are beyond help. It's hard to believe that so many people with memory problems have the same name as I do.
