The 21st Century Cures Act: The (Somewhat) Good, The (Mostly) Bad, and The (Very) Ugly

Interesting. I find it strange that scientific rigor needs to be (or can be) defined by an act of Congress, given that many congressmen begin their sentences with "I am not a scientist, but..." OTOH, unconstrained the drug companies will likely try to scare the public into taking all kinds of crap to cure imaginary illnesses. Remember where snake oil originated.
