Almost all "anti-terrorist" activities undertaken by the USA since (and indeed before) 9/11 have resulted in more terrorist activity, not less. It may feel satisfying to kill a terrorist or two - but every civilian killed as "collateral damage" breeds a whole clan of new terrorists. The Iraq adventure bred ISIS and its allies. And so it goes. When will we ever learn?
