This is a huge win for the legal profession to profit by getting a huge amount of money by retaining a percentage percentage of a class settlement that gives each class member a trivial amount. Shame on them. "Chief Justice John Roberts, joined by Justices Antonin Scalia and Samuel Alito, said the court's ruling Wednesday "hands it to the plaintiff". It does not. It hands it to the plaintiff's lawyers.
