What a wonderful idea. Colleges could start corporations in all disciplines and hire their best graduates. Four or more years gives them enough time time identify the best and the brightest - way better than a few interviews. Colleges will become the conglomerates of the future. However, DELL, Microsoft, Apple, etc were started by college dropouts, so maybe it is not such a great idea.
