A 5-4 Ruling, One of Three, Limits Silence’s Protection

When lawyers interpret the law, the results are truly mind boggling. Remaining silent does not trigger the right to remain silent? Refusing to incriminate oneself does not invoke the 5th? I am boggled. GMAFB.
