Why is it that the Conservatives who are so into the "rule of law" are opposed to it when it does not agree with their agenda? Illinois government is indeed corrupt - but all he is doing is trying to replace Democratic corruption with Republican corruption. As long as essentially unlimited money is allowed into politics, Government will be corrupt. It's the law.
